My goal is to "pay forward" what a professional sales trainer, early in my career, did for me. He transformed me from a typical sales person into an executive sales professional and "Trusted Advisor" to my clients. As a result, he changed my sales career trajectory and my life. I am excited to assist the next generation of sales people to achieve their personal and professional goals by sharing my principles, playbook, tactics, and experiences.
I have been fortunate to be part of the great technology industry and work for some iconic companies. During my twenty five years of professional sales my roles have included Business Development Representative, Account Executive, Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Customer Success, Head of Sales Operations, and CEO. I have built, managed, and scaled top performing sales teams at salesforce.com, oracle, bmc software, support.com, quest software, and samanage (salesforce ventures company). Through the implementation of the customer centric selling framework my teams and clients have closed billions of dollars in sales and helped thousands of clients.
My former account executives, leaders, and extended teams have prospered in their careers and reaped the rewards for themselves and their families. My contribution to their success is my greatest accomplishment, and my goal is to do the same for you.
